You can smell the sausage from a distance and you will see people who are waiting in line for getting sausage from the store. They have chicken or pork sausage in the refrigerator for you to bring home. You can also enjoy the sausage with the buns for eating right away.

Historic "Ottos" has been around since 1922! Awesome Experience! Imported cheeses, wines, homemade sausages, full deli, it's a casual dining experience w/ German flair! I highly recommend!.

It's timeless. It's high quality. It's unique. A family owned enterprise where the meats and sausages and other items can only be found at Otto's. It's one of a kind and in a world where food establishments have to cut corners to make it, Otto's continue to rock.

What makes up a neighborhood is the energy of the businesses that support it. The Otto's team did an amazing job at the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony this evening providing the best hot dogs to all those who attended.... After passing by this spot hundreds of times, I finally gave it a try and it was delicious. Otto's Sausage Kitchen is not only a meat market and deli, but you may notice that they often have a line outside for people to buy their hotdogs. It's become a Woodstock staple and you can almost always smell them grilling hotdogs! The workers here are super friendly and you can choose from a number of different hot dogs to try. After getting it, you also have your choice of sauces to put on. Great local spot for a quick bite. :)

Good selection of deli stuff and cured meats. I'll pass on the hot dogs and sausages they are cooking outside though. Tried one today and it was dry, almost burned and no option for toasting the bun. Cute place to pick up lunch meat though.

Otto's is a Portland staple and a place I used to enjoy from time to time when I ate meat. Serious authentic Italian sausages that are sure to please you if you eat that type of food. Made fresh by the crew and you can purchase some uncooked to take home (great butcher shop style) or eat in, you will find something you enjoy without any doubt.

Otto's Sausage Kitchen saved my day and holiday cooking with never-frozen Fresh Pork Belly! I was driving around town for three hours with no luck finding decent-looking frozen pork belly from grocery markets. Desperate, I did a quick search on Yelp for butcher shops. I called the closest three shops to my location; none had fresh pork belly. One of them said they received them last week, and they are in the freezer now, so they couldn't tell me how old the meat was. I was about to give up, and then Otto's Sausage Kitchen was 4th on my list. Since I saw the word sausage, I thought they would be more likely to have fresh supplies of pork on hand. Heidi answered the phone. She was super friendly and helpful with what I asked and looked for. She told me the amount of fresh pork belly they have on hand and that they would save one for me to come by to pick it up. Ten minutes later, I arrived at Otto's for the first time. There was a line waiting for them wiener from Otto's Grill outside around 12:30 pm. Another staff helped me when I told them I called earlier and spoke with Heidi. He brought out a whole pork belly since he said they didn't know how much I wanted. I took half, and it weighed 5.830 lbs. ($12 per lb.) of sexy, fresh-looking, never-frozen pork belly! Otto's Sausage Kitchen saved the day, and my adult son was happy since I needed this fresh pork belly to make his childhood favorite dish that he requested for Christmas Eve dinner. The store was crowded, yet service was prompt. Otto's is cozy and bustling, with patrons of various needs. Deli style quick in and out with 2-3 small tables inside and benches outside for Otto's Grill. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to check out their dogs and deli menu.

Drove by this place and couldn't resist going in! Ordered the old fashioned sausage which was honestly the best hot dog I've ever had! They have a full deli inside, lots of options from sandwiches, salads, and of course lots of meats and sausages! They also had a cool assortment of European products. I ordered the bacon broccoli salad and potato salad too! Both were very tasty. Everything here was such good quality and very reasonably priced. Got some sausages from the deli to bring home too. Service was top notch I can't wait to come back!
